Case studies and results reflect specific customer deployments and are not a guarantee of similar results. Any purchase, installation, or service is governed by a separate written agreement, quote, or statement of work between you and Shelf Edge Solutions. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
Submitting a demo request, contact form, or quote request does not create a binding agreement. Quotes are valid only for the period stated and are subject to a site assessment, product availability, and final written approval by both parties.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by Shelf Edge Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish Site content without our prior written consent. Third party trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the Site. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelf Edge Solutions and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (CAD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shelf Edge Solutions from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Site.
